7 Deep Sleep Secrets For A Restful Night!
Secret 1Slow down each night 2 hours before bedtime.
Stop doing things that get your mind excited, unless its something intimate with your loved one.
Try to slow down and relax at least one hour before bed time. Two hours may work better. It depends on your results sleeping. If you start getting restful sleep, one hour may be OK. If not go for two hours.
Stop doing these things 2 hours before bed time.
TV and movies that boost your adrenaline levels.
Exercise. Many studies suggest no exercise after 8 pm.
Drinking and eating. Again the suggested time is nothing after pm.
Secret 3 Listen to relaxing music.
Try soft classical.
If your hip, try some of your milder music. Anything that doesn’t make you want to get up and dance.
Try reading a good book.
If your into technology, get an Eco and have Alexa read you a good book.
Secret 5If you live in a noisy area, use noise canceling head phones.
Using noise canceling headphones to play sleep music or mind entertainment music to lower your brain waves to a deep sleep state. This type of music is used in hypnosis and works extremely well for me.
Secret 7Exercise Everyday.
Exercise is super beneficial in many ways. It helps energize the body, tone muscel and keeps the mind sharp. Plus you will loss unwanted weight.
When you exercise daily at (Doctor Permitting) the end of the day you experience that feeling that you are tired. This is great and allows you to lay your head on a pillow, close your eyes and quickly drift off into dream land.

Secret 4Drink Chamomile Tea.
Drink a hot cup of Chamomile Tea a half hour before bedtime.
This tip has one draw back. Drinking fluids within a couple hours of bedtime usually requires that you wake up in the middle of the night for a bathroom break.
You could try drinking the tea a couple of hours before bedtime and see if it still helps. .
